Responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, ensuring that all new clients are properly vetted. This role involves managing the daily payment operations, which includes processing transactions, handling exceptions, and resolving any payment-related issues. Ensure that all payment operations comply with internal policies and external regulations. Ensure day-to-day operations comply with the regulatory and internal requirements. Analyse potential pitfalls across the process cycle for product launches and system roll out, which may impact operations effectiveness. Expected to foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Serve as the subject matter expert in all things related to onboarding, deposits, and payment operations, including e-KYC reviews and audits (FAR & FRR). Manage the preparation and follow-up on all account opening documentation. This requires coordinating information gathering with applicants, other departments, and outside vendors to complete a comprehensive analysis.

Requirements:



A proven track record (typically 2 years) in a business operations, fintech, or financial services environment, with a strong focus on onboarding, KYC/AML, and payment operations. Extensive experience with client due diligence, including verifying identity, screening for sanctions and PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons), and ensuring all necessary compliance procedures are followed. A complete understanding of the end-to-end client onboarding process, from initial contact and documentation gathering to final account activation. Experience in coordinating and collaborating with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Hands-on experience with payment processing systems, including managing daily transactions, handling exceptions, and resolving payment issues. Experience in daily reconciliation of payment transactions and a strong understanding of operational risk mitigation associated with payment processing. Familiarity with the regulations and internal policies governing payment operations
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
