The Bar Manager is responsible to assist the Outlet Managers in managing the outlets & events, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlets / events. The incumbent is also be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
Qualifications:
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only applicable for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant/Bar Management.
- Work experience as Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
