Summary The Cluster Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing and ecommence activity for Hyatt Hotels in Malaysia - Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur, Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur Summary The Cluster Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing and ecommence activity for Hyatt Hotels in Malaysia - Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur, Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Hyatt Regency Kuantan, Hyatt Regency Kota Kinabalu, Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu. This positon will support hotel marketing by developing digital marketing and e-Commerce programs, with the primary goal being increased conversions and revenue on Hyatt.com. Digital marketing efforts will include: search engine marketing (including PPCand SEO), mobile marketing, display advertising, email marketing, marketing via corporate channels and assisting with strategic social media planning. This position will also oversee e-Commerce activity including the strategic management of the hotel's website, apps and mini-sites where applicable. Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum5years work experience with digital media planning (SEM - SEO, PPC, display, mobile and social platforms) relevant to local market. Have fluency in Google Analytics, Google Search, SEO and must be proficient in MS office and Google. E.g PowerPoint, Adobe and design software. Previous experience working for or with an agency on the clientside is preferred. Digital marketing agency experience is a plus. Well-related project management experience is also preferred.
