Job Description
Knows the food menu/special promotions including preparation times, cooking methods, main ingredient and side dishes for the outlet(s) assigned.
Expertise in preparing cocktails.
Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel's general guidelines for service recovery.
Ensures all bar counters are set-up on time before service and according to standards.
Supervises service in all bar areas and work hands-on in the operation when required.
Ensures bar areas, counters and tables are clean and glasses replenished.
