Responsibilities
Baristas:
Deliver service with respect and dignity to each customer thus creating a connection more than the usual hello and ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
Follows all company drink recipes and procedures at the same time ensuring quality is up to standard.
Act with integrity, Honesty and knowledge that promote THE THIRD LETTER at a higher level of value towards customer.
Develops an understanding of coffee and tea regions and the various differences in flavour and blends.
Constantly observing the caf\xc3\xa9 environment and evaluating what can be done to improve daily operation needs and share among your partners
Assist Kitchen partners to ensure food is delivered on timely manner and if needed, perform a quality check so that all food is delivered fresh and great!
Cleanliness is part of everyone\'s responsibility inside and out, so take a look around and make IT a habit of yours to maintain a clean environment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that everyone can locate stock items with ease.
Contribute towards building a positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner\'s behaviour and having the initiative to tackle the issue or consult with your superior.
Assist with new partner training by coaching new partners while promoting positive feedback.
Maintain a consistent punctuality while presenting yourself in smart and presentable apparel
Commis/ Kitchen Crew:
Keeping a well-presented manner during the times on shift to promote the kitchen standard to company\'s expectations.
Producing consistent quality of food and assisting in preparation of daily shift tasks and uncertain events in the caf\xc3\xa9.
Observing stock flow in the kitchen so that now ingredients run out and take initiative to place order or ask for help from your superior.
Act with integrity, Honesty and knowledge that promotes quartet at a higher level of value towards customer.
Maintain a regular, consistent punctuality while presenting yourself in smart, presentable apparel.
Constantly observing the inventory and stock to ensure product quality at top priority and monitor shelf life of each product.
Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen is up to standard and daily cleaning tasks are done accordingly.
Maintains and organize kitchen flow and logistics to help assist Kitchen Manager and Demi Chef with Kitchen organization.
Contributes positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner\'s behaviour and having the initiative to help or consult with your superior.
Assist with new Chef/Baker training while promoting positive feedback and coaching environment.
