Chef

  • Min possess at least SPM level and above
  • Knowledge of culinaty techniques and methods
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness.
  • Willing to relocate to other outlet.
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends and Public Holidays.
Kitchen Helper
  • Min possess at least SPM level and above
  • Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
  • Proven experience helping in kitchen setting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness.
  • Willing to relocate to other outlet.

Pastry Chef
  • Min possess at least SPM level and above
  • Candidate without experience are encourage to apply, training will be provided
  • Candidate with 1 years working experience in related field is an added advantage
  • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
  • Ability to work independently
  • Aggressive and fast learner.

  • Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness.

Barista
  • Min possess at least SPM level and above

Responsibilities

Chef
  • Executing the opening and/or closing procedures to ensure the kitchen is ready for service
  • Assist the chef lead in the daily ingredients ordering and ensuring that the ingredients received are up to standard and quantity
  • Consistent food preparation and maintaining the dish standards to build a consistent reputation.
  • Protect kitchen assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards
  • Participate in menu item ideation for seasonal promotions
  • To perform all roles of chef position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties;
  • Maintain & perform hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the kitchen.
Kitchen Helper
  • Assist chef to clean the kitchen
  • Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting and slicing ingredients
  • Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery truck
  • Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
  • To perform all roles of kitchen helper position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties;
  • Maintain & perform hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the kitchen.
Pastry Chef
  • Consistent pastries preparation and maintaining the dish standards to build a consistent reputation.
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients
  • Protect kitchen assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards
  • To perform all roles of pastry chef position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties;
  • Maintain & perform hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the pastry station.
Barista
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages.
  • Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends on techniques for multitude of difference beverages
  • Consistent beverage preparation and maintaining the beverage standards to build a consistent reputation.
  • To perform all roles of barista position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties;
  • Protect bar assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards
  • Maintain & perform hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the bar station.
