Job Description
- Maintain critical standards in service speed and quality, workflows, and floor layouts.
- To memories manuals and explain the menu to customers.
- Maintain friendly attitude and communicate effectively with customers and meet their needs in an appropriate manner.
- To perform all roles of service position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties.
- Specialized in F&B is advantageous.
- Maintain & perform hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlets.
