Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions using a POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area
Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with regulars
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Prior barista or cafe experience preferred (able to do latte art)
Passion for coffee and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
