Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.?
Clean and sanitize workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
Manage stock arrangement and inventory organization.
Greet and engage with customers to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and recommend products based on customer preferences.
Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Uphold high-quality service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Educational Qualification
: Minimum of a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
Language Skills
: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Interpersonal Skills
: Friendly, energetic, and eager to learn.
Transport
: Candidates with their own transport are preferred.
Experience
: No prior barista experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
