Job Summary:

As part of the Blue Dahlia team, you'll create a warm and welcoming cafe experience, preparing quality coffee and food, maintaining cleanliness, and serving guests with care and attention. Whether behind the bar or on the floor, you'll play an important role in making every guest feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to cafe standards. Assist with basic food preparation and plating when needed. Greet and attend to customers with friendly, efficient service. Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations. Restock supplies and assist in inventory management. Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments. Support teammates during busy hours to ensure smooth operations. Follow cafe hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

Previous barista or service crew experience preferred (training provided). Passionate about coffee, food, and hospitality. Friendly, reliable, and a good team player. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Well-groomed and punctual.
