What You'll Do
Welcome guests with a smile and make them feel right at home.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring orders run smoothly and service stays top-notch.
Lead and support the team in serving and preparing food and beverages/desserts
Keep the dining area neat, comfy, and inviting.
Handle guest feedback with care and positivity.
Encourage upselling and share our latest specials with customers.
What We're Looking For
A people person with great communication and leadership skills.
Confident in handling a fast-paced cafe environment.
Knows a thing or two about cafe operations and food safety.
Able to stay upbeat and focused even on busy days.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
