Job Description


1) Ensuring excellent customer service by assist customers with their needs and inquiries. 2) Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of operational areas. 3) Processing payment. 4) Promoting products on offer. 5) Give Customer drink menus and answer their question regarding ingredients (if any). 6) Take orders while paying attention to detail (e.g., preference of coffee selection, dairy options or temperature). 7) Able to adapt and responsive to coffee changes trend. 8) Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs. 9) Assist new Barista Trainee in learning drinks and food preparation. 10) Support merchandising activities include, placement of seasonal and promotional advertisement, seasonal food preparation or decoration.
To establish and maintain coffee shops and restaurants.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
