Barista Cum Service Crew (petaling Jaya)
Job Description
Working Time: Mon - Sat
Work Location: Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
Barista Duties:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to cafe standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of coffee equipment.
Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Service Crew Duties:
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
Ensure cafe tables and counters are clean and well-presented at all times.
Assist with cashiering and handle customer payments.
Support daily opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
General Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and cafe operation standards.
Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and positive atmosphere.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
