Job Description

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to cafe standards. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating area, and workstations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering menu-related questions. Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of drinks and food served. Handle cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately. Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials as needed. Follow hygiene, food safety, and health regulations at all times. Assist in inventory control and report low stock to the supervisor. Work as part of a team to create a welcoming and comfortable cafe environment.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum SPM or certificate. Experience as a Barista or in F&B service is an advantage. Passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality. Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for cash handling. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Work location: Bandar Baru Bangi
