- Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, consistently meeting quality standards.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and expertise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and serving areas, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Uphold the cafe\'s reputation for exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously and promptly.
