About Us:

BigNuts Cafe is a New Growing Healthy Cafe known for Specialty coffee, Healthy food, and excellent service. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Barista and Kitchen Crew to join our growing team.

Barista Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, Smoothie, Frappe and specialty beverages Operate espresso machines and other cafe equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area Handle cash and operate POS system Provide friendly and efficient customer service Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Upselling and CrossSelling

Barista Qualifications:

Previous barista or cafe experience preferred (training provided) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Food handler's certification (preferred but not required)

Kitchen Crew Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation (sandwiches, salads and Mise En Plus) Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Follow food safety and hygiene standards Wash utensils, and kitchen equipment Assist with inventory and restocking supplies Support Chef and other team members as needed

Kitchen Crew Qualifications:

Kitchen or food service experience preferred (but not required) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently during busy hours Reliable and punctual
