Responsibilities

Operating espresso machines and grinders to prepare coffee and tea drinks
Taking customer orders and serving beverages and food items
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Stocking supplies, such as milk, sugar, and cups
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Cash handling and making accurate change
Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving customer complaints
