  • \xe2\x97\x8f Planning and supervising tasks carried out by the food preparation staff.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Taking responsibility for the health and safety of the food team.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Planning food menus and ensuring that the menu is fresh and well presented.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Keeping abreast of culinary trends and incorporating these into the menu.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Developing recipes and determining how best to present dishes.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Ordering food and supplies, such as kitchen equipment, and keeping an updatedinventory.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Dealing with suppliers and checking that the correct equipment has beendelivered at the quoted prices.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Checking regularly that the equipment and work areas are kept spotless.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Keeping abreast of and complying with the latest health and safety laws andregulations.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Liaising with the general manager to ensure operations run smoothly
  • \xe2\x97\x8fCommunicatecustomerfeedbacktomanagersandrecommendnewmenuitems
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring POS functions are functioning/update menu
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Stock Ordering for respective / stock count
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Daily check that there is no wastage in store room,refrigerators and freezers.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Minimizes wastage,utilizing food surpluses and portion control.
  • Supply Ordering and Barista Knowledge:
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Manage inventory and order supplies in a timely manner to avoid shortages and maintain quality.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain work area, and daily maintenance of food equipment
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Mentoring team members to ensure consistency and quality of food
  • \xe2\x97\x8f preparation, professionalism, patron service, hygiene & cleanliness
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Implement shift protocols and train team member to ensure efficient, friendly service and high quality of food
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Cultivate positive, proactive relationships with all coworkers
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Regularly taste foods made by you and other team member, to maintainstandards and develop palate
  • Resolution and Suggestions:
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate the cafe\'s atmosphere and customer demographics to tailor services and ambiance accordingly.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements based on thorough observations.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Develop promotional strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Develop retention programs and attract new customers through loyalty programs,special events, and targeted ma.
