About the Role

Reveillon Group is looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista (Cafe)

to join our growing team and deliver excellent coffee and customer experiences in our cafe outlets.

As a Barista, you will play an important role in preparing quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment, and ensuring every customer enjoys their visit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Beverage Preparation & Quality

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools safely and efficiently. Maintain beverage quality and presentation consistency during service. Ensure ingredients and equipment are clean, fresh, and well-maintained.

2. Customer Service

Provide friendly and professional service to every guest. Take orders accurately and handle payments efficiently. Engage with customers and share basic coffee or menu knowledge. Handle feedback politely and assist in creating a positive cafe experience.

3. Cafe Operations

Support daily cafe operations, including setup, restocking, and closing duties. Keep the bar and cafe areas tidy, hygienic, and organized at all times. Assist in stock rotation, checking expiry dates, and reporting low inventory. Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures according to company SOPs.

4. Teamwork & Growth

Work closely with teammates and follow guidance from Senior Baristas and Outlet Managers. Be open to learning new coffee skills, brewing techniques, and customer service standards. Participate in training sessions and support team goals.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role. (Fresh graduates or coffee enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.) Basic knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation. Friendly personality with good communication skills. Positive attitude, reliable, and a strong team player. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask during busy hours. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
