Standard Job Responsibilities:
Brew and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
Greet guests warmly and take beverage and light food orders accurately.
Provide recommendations and upsell products such as pastries, snacks, or specialty drinks.
Keep the coffee station, equipment, and seating area clean and organized at all times.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in line with hotel and regulatory requirements.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other related equipment.
Perform basic maintenance and report any technical issues to the supervisor.
Must be always well groomed and neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform. While on duty, never wear any jewellery except that which is permitted as per the Resort's grooming standard for uniformed employee.
Always be aware of his/her schedule. Must be punctual and must give adequate notice whenever serious circumstances prevent him/her from adhering to schedule.
Any other duties task as and when assigned or required from time to time
