Job Description
Beverage and food preparation:
Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold drinks (coffee, tea, specialty beverages) and sometimes food items like toast.Customer service:
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, make menu recommendations, and answer questions about products.Order and payment processing:
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and credit card transactions, and ensure accuracy in all payments.Operations and maintenance:
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment. Restock supplies like cups, coffee beans, and napkins.Opening/closing duties:
Assist with daily setup, closing procedures, and inventory tasks.Sales and promotion:
Promote menu items, upsell, and potentially create signs for store products.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,553.33 - RM2,316.42 per month
Work Location: In person
