:Prepare and serve a full menu of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty drinks, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Taking Orders
: Listen carefully to customer orders, provide recommendations, and input orders accurately into the system.
Station Maintenance & Cleaning
: Keep the coffee bar area, equipment and surrounding customer area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
Collaboration
: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure efficient operations and communicate any special requests or issues from customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience as a Barista, is required. But no experience are welcome to apply.
Customer Service Skills
: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and enhance their dining experience.
Attention to Detail
: Ability to accurately take orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication Skills
: Clear verbal communication to relay orders and customer needs to the kitchen staff.
Availability:
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Attitude:
A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude is essential.
