About the Role
As a Barista, you are the face of our cafe and play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for customers. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service. The role also requires maintaining cleanliness, stock control, and upholding the cafe's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and cafe menu items to company standards. Greet and interact with customers warmly, ensuring a positive guest experience. Handle customer orders efficiently, including cash and POS transactions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter, dining area, and equipment. Assist in restocking inventory and monitoring supplies. Follow food safety, hygiene, and cafe SOPs at all times. Support teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth outlet operations. Address customer feedback and escalate issues to supervisors/management if needed.
Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality is an added advantage. Previous experience as a barista or in F&B service is preferred but not required (training provided). Passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: 2,200.00 (MYR) - 3,000.00 (MYR) per month
