Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks, following company recipes and presentation standards. Ensure workstations, equipment, utensils, and customer areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times. Monitor and manage inventory levels; organize stock efficiently and restock supplies as needed. Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and positive environment. Provide detailed and accurate descriptions of menu items; recommend products based on customer preferences. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Consistently deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements:
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (minimum of two doses). Minimum qualification: SPM / Secondary School Certificate in any field. Proficient in both English and Malay (spoken and written). Friendly, energetic, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Eager to learn new skills and grow within the company. Preferably owns reliable transportation for convenience and punctuality. No prior barista experience required - comprehensive trainining will provided

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
