Duties & Responsibilities:
*Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers.
*Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
*Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions.
*Sells coffees by explaining differences in coffee beans and demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
*Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
*Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment and maintaining supplies for coffee bar.
*Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.
*Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

*Menggalakkan pengambilan kopi dengan mendidik pelanggan.
Mengalu-alukan pelanggan dengan menentukan minat dan keperluan kopi mereka.
*Mendidik pelanggan dengan membentang dan menerangkan menu minuman kopi serta menjawab soalan.
*Menjual kopi dengan menerangkan perbezaan dalam biji kopi dan menunjukkan cara peralatan membancuh beroperasi.
*Menyedia dan menjual minuman kopi dengan mengikut resipi yang ditetapkan dan teknik penyediaan minuman kopi.
*Mengekalkan inventori dengan menambah bekalan biji kopi, menyimpan stok peralatan membancuh kopi dan menyelenggara bekalan untuk bar kopi.
*Memastikan peralatan beroperasi dengan mengikuti arahan pengendalian, menyelesaikan masalah kerosakan, menyelenggara bekalan, melakukan penyelenggaraan pencegahan, memanggil pembaikan.
*Mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang selamat dan sihat dengan mematuhi piawaian organisasi dan peraturan sanitasi.
