Job Description
Job Responsibility Candidate is expected to understand and fulfill task relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet Candidate will be able to learn inside to out about coconut-based beverage outlet including skillset to prep the beverage based in-house recipe. Candidate is expected to work at highest standard at all time to ensure outlets product and service quality. On-job Training will be provided. Working hours varies depending on Weekly Schedule Allocations. 6days work 6hours shift per day Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM certification. Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process. Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations. Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage. No prior working experience required. Job Benifits Additional incentive is payable on top of Basic Salary & Allowance subject to achievement of Outlet Target. Fast track career advancement for out-performing employee. Depending on locations, subsidized room nearby outlet location will be provided to candidate.
