Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes and techniques
? Ensure consistency of taste, quality, and presentation of beverages by following company standards
? Engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide information about coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
? Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address concerns professionally and empathetically
? Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of perishable items, cleaning schedules, and sanitation procedures
? Collaborate with other baristas and team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak periods
? Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the leader

Requirements:

? No experience is encouraged to apply because training will be provided
? Maintain a clean work environment
? Strong customer service and communication skills
? Able to multi-task when required
? Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
? Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
