Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Ensure all beverages, ingredients, tools, and preparation processes comply with

halal standards

at all times Ensure beverages meet standard recipes, taste, and presentation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage/bar area, tools, and glassware Manage stock replenishment and proper storage of ingredients Handle customer orders efficiently and operate POS systems accurately Support opening and closing of the beverage counter Coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations Comply with halal, health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Working Experience

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment (preferred) Experience in specialty beverage preparation is an advantage Familiarity with beverage equipment, stock control, and service standards Customer service or F&B operations experience is beneficial

Skills Required

Good knowledge of beverages, and basic barista skills Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work under pressure during peak hours Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Well-organized with good multitasking ability Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards Basic numeracy skills for payments and stock handling Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
