Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Assist in staff briefing, floor arrangement, and table management.
Coordinate between the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor cleanliness, staff grooming, and restaurant standards.
Assist in training and guiding new team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (restaurant/hotel).
Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Team player with good attitude and leadership.
Non-halal restaurant environment -- must be comfortable working in it.
