Job Description

An F&B Supervisor in a Non-Halal restaurant oversees the daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams while upholding standards. This role is essential in maintaining food quality and guest satisfaction.



Key task:



1. Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure efficient and courteous service.

2. Train, schedule and monitor team performance.

3. Address guest feedback and resolve service issues.

4. Monitor stock levels and ensure products sourcing.

5. Enforce hygiene, sanitation and food safety protocols.

6. Assist in daily sales tracking, cost control and performance reporting.

7. Coordinate special events, promotions and seasonal campaigns.

At least 2-3 years in F&B as Captain or Supervisor roles

Working experience:



1. Experience managing Bistro and Bar outlets.

2. Prior work in multicultural environments.

3. Food safety knowledge.

Skills Required:



1. Ability to guide and motivate service teams.

2. Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

3. Familiarity with SOPs, service flow and quality control.

4. Basic knowledge of budgeting, cost control and sales tracking

5. POS systems, inventory software and reporting tools.

6. Ability to manage peak hours and dynamic service environments
