Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar capacity is required.
Knowledge in a wide range of cocktail recipes and able to mix those drinks correctly, quickly and without waste .
Expected to be able to interact with customers in order.
Serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. They may serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails.
Responsible for ensuring that bars run smoothly and efficiently.
