booking, itinerary, airline information, updates and more.
Ensuring resolution of customers issues to avoid delayed/missed flights
Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
Constantly working towards improving customer experience.
Managing customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication.
