Kelayakan

• Converse and write fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese (read, speak, type) is a must.
• Average proficiency in English is acceptable
• Fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply!!
• Willing to commit working on 5 days per week 24 hours rotational shifts (9 working hours including 1 hour break) including on public holiday and weekends
• Positive attitude with good communication skills in delivering professional customer service.
• Willing to work based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• Able to start working on the following date: 18 Dec 2023

Tanggungjawab

• Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
• Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
• Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
• Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments

Manfaat

• Monthly salary: RM 3000 + RM 250 Fixed Allowance (After training) + up to RM 300 KPI allowance + RM 700 night shift allowance.
