• Minimum SPM level or above
• Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in Cantonese (Speak and listen)
• Fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English (verbal, read, typing)
• Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
• Willing to commit 24 hours rotational shift (Morning shift, noon shift, and night shift)
• Willing to commit on 9 hours of work per day (included 1 hour break)
• Able to work in Office, Subang Jaya (fully on-site)
• Preferable to start working on 09 September 2024

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (inbound call, email, and live chat
• Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
• Continuously identify work process improvements
• Provide better customer service experience to each of our client to solve his/her issues (platform service, compliant, booking issue, change information/request, refund and etc.)
• Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality - Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
• You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
