Requirements:1.Applicants with SPM level qualification and above2.Applicants have fluent proficiency in simplified Mandarin and English (read, speak, type)4.Applicants can work Rotational shift; 9 hours shift between 7am to 3am5.Applicants can work 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.6.Applicants can start on 29th of May.7.Applicants would have to work based in office (PJ)Benefits1.Monthly Salary: RM2800 Basic Salary + Up to RM400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM500 KPI allowance.2.EPF + SOSCO3.Annual Leaves and Medical Leaves4.1 month of training with basic salary will be provided.5.Variety of facilities in company (pool, gym, rest zone and cafeteria)6.Free shuttle van service is provided from Ara Damansara LRT Station7.Workplace is 10 minutes walking distance from Ara Damansara LRT Station8.Opportunities for career advancement within the companyScopes:1.Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.2.Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.3.Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.4.Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
