Job Responsibility Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support. Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings. Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues. Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed. Job Requirements Applicants with SPM level qualification and above Applicants have fluent proficiency in English (read, speak, type) Applicants can speak Mandarin. Applicants can work Rotational shift; 9 hours shift between 7am to 3am Applicants can work 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off. Applicants can start on 29th of May.
