At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM
Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia , Mandarin , English
Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
Excellent organization, problem solving including being able to identify issues and resolve problem of administrative work
Able to prioritize multi task and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Good working attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
In charge of managing everything in company ( interview , training , monitoring employee, handling confidential document for the director) ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Monitoring the progress of submitted cases with administrative team members and relevant departments.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Discover training needs and provide coaching

Basic salary = RM3,500 - RM4,000
Monthly rewards = RM600 - RM1000 ABOVE
5-day work week (9AM-6PM)
