Requirements:Education:
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Preferably a university lecturer with a focus on M&E disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the data center industry, with a focus on infrastructure management and operations.
Proven teaching experience, preferably at the university level or in a professional training capacity.
Hands-on experience with critical data center equipment such as UPS, HVAC systems, diesel generators, and BMS.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of data center operational standards and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a data center training role.
Professional certifications in data center management or related areas.
Bilingual in English and Malau. Scopes:Develop and deliver training modules on data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling systems, control systems, and more.
Provide hands-on training in data center operations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Evaluate students\xe2\x80\x99 progress through assessments and provide guidance to ensure mastery of critical skills.
Collaborate with industry experts to continuously update and improve the training curriculum.
