• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the data center or IT infrastructure industry.
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Electrical & Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills:

• Strong understanding of data center operations and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and government officials.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally to other Southeast Asian countries.

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company\'s overall growth strategy.
