Requirements:\xc2\xb7At least 3 years of experience in handling theft and fraud cases, including but not limited to identifying fraud patterns, investigating cases, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.\xc2\xb7Experience in managing a team 20 to 50 members (including experience in managing Team Leads), with the ability to effectively lead the team, assign tasks, oversee key workflows, and ensure the team achieves business objectives.\xc2\xb7Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate fluently and produce business reports, emails, and other relevant documentation both in writing and verbally.\xc2\xb7Capable of developing department work plans and strategies to ensure departmental goals are met and continuously optimize departmental operational efficiency.\xc2\xb7Able to collaborate across departments, coordinate resources, and jointly address and resolve issues related to security and fraud.\xc2\xb7Preferred candidates will have risk control management experience in the financial and blockchain industries.
