Scopes:
Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat Pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of service & accurate information.
Work in ateam to acheive the required KPI element SLA.
Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
Assist on solving common technical problem.
Provide primary technical advide to customers with pratical information and tools.
