Requirements:

  • MInimum 1 year customer service experience is required for this role
  • Proficient in English (Read, speak, Type)
  • Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Have gaming experience (Prove of Rank and Level)
  • Have no issue to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift (9 Hours per shift including one hour break)
  • Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off days per week)
  • Able to start working on 17th June 2024
  • Have no issue to be fully based at Kuala Lumpur Office
Scopes:\xc2\xb7 Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.\xc2\xb7 To exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation in terns of customer service & accurate information.\xc2\xb7Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.\xc2\xb7Engage with players to gather feedback and enhance their satisfaction.\xc2\xb7Monitor and deal with any game complaints or issues.\xc2\xb7Address players\' in-game inquiries and provide solutions to their issues.
