Requirements:\xc2\xb7Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition roles, preferably in the recruitment or job platform industry.\xc2\xb7Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain the benefits of a product or service clearly and compellingly.\xc2\xb7Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.\xc2\xb7Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and networking to attract new clients.\xc2\xb7Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\xc2\xb7Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.\xc2\xb7Proficient in English Scopes:1. Employer Outreach: Contact employers who are currently advertising on other job sites and introduce them to our platform.2. Job Posting Acquisition: Encourage employers to create and post their job openings on our site, highlighting the benefits of our platform.3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential employers to ensure long-term partnerships.4.
