High proficiency in English + Mandarin (Both written + Spoken) + Cantonese (Plus Point)
Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Required experience:; (SPM holder) minimum 2 years call centre / customer service
Diploma & Degree Holder (Without experience) is welcomed to apply!
Experienced in handling livechat would be an added advantage.

Resolving customer queries through emails, and live chats
Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific feature and functionalities in my client\'s social media platform
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience
Constantly work towards improving customer experience
Handle customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them
