Perform all transactions in compliance within the Bank's guidelines policies and procedures;
Provides exceptional customer service, involving receipt, rates exchange and foreign currency exchange in cash handling, while working in a high volume, sales environment.
Handling cash exchange in bank buy and bank sell in accordance under bank procedures and recording all transactions accurately and balancing by end of each day of operations.
Examines cash carefully to guard against the acceptance of counterfeit cash checks and identification of customers.
Provides door to door FCN and Remittance service at customers site whenever required by BDC Manager and/or BDC Supervisor.
Achieve and focus on personal targets while understanding and assisting to achieve team sales and revenue targets;
To up-sell foreign currency exchange and promote remittance through CIMB Bank Currency Exchange;
Assist current and new potential customers with their banking needs;
Attend, assist and manage customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints;
Develop and build long-term relationship with new and existing customers through multiple approaches;
Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
