Position Overview:

We are hiring

Clinic Assistant & Beautician

to assist doctors in aesthetic procedures, provide skincare treatments, and ensure smooth daily operations at the clinic. This position is ideal for someone who loves beauty, customer service, and working in a professional clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:

Greet patients warmly, conduct initial consultations to understand their needs, and provide information about available aesthetic treatments.

Doctor Assistance:

Support doctors during aesthetic procedures by preparing treatment rooms, ensuring all tools and products are ready, and assisting according to instructions.

Facial Treatments:

Perform a variety of facial treatments tailored to patients' skin types and needs, maintaining a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.

Hygiene and Safety Compliance:

Strictly adhere to clinic hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.

Patient Care:

Provide attentive care before, during, and after procedures, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Record Management:

Accurately document treatment histories, preferences, and patient progress, updating records and uploading "before and after" photos to the clinic desktop system.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with doctors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive, patient-focused team environment.

Product, Price & Promotion Knowledge:

Stay informed about aesthetic products, prices, and current promotions, educating patients on services and products that can enhance their results.

Requirements:

Female candidates only. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Nursing, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided). Pleasant personality, good communication skills, and customer-oriented. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (rotational off day).
