You will play a key role in helping clients look and feel their best while upholding the clinic's reputation for exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional beauty and aesthetic services, such as:
Facials, acne treatments, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and scar care
Hair removal (laser/other methods)
Supporting doctors in aesthetic procedures when required
Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments/products.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes.
Assist in promoting the clinic's services, products, and packages.
Build strong customer relationships through consultation, follow-ups, and excellent service.
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional advice.
Support administrative or marketing tasks when needed (e.g., photos/videos for social media with consent).
Requirements
Education
:
Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.
SPM holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
:
At least 1-2 years working experience in beauty or aesthetic field is preferred.
Fresh graduates in beauty courses are welcome (training will be provided).
Skills
:
Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with the ability to promote products and services.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Others
:
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off day on weekday).
