Job Description


  • Certification/Diploma: Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or aesthetics from a recognized institution.
  • Fresh grads also can apply
  • Can speak in Mandarin
  • Advanced Training: Additional certifications in specialized treatments (e.g., laser therapy, microdermabrasion) may be required.
  • Previous Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an aesthetic or PA setting.
  • Treatment Proficiency: Experience with a range of beauty treatments, such as facials, body treatments, waxing, and skin care.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using beauty equipment and performing various treatments like facials, peels, and laser treatments.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service, including consultation and aftercare advice.
  • Sales Ability: Ability to promote and sell products and services, including upselling treatments.
  • Skin and Body Care: In-depth understanding of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
  • Health and Safety: Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards, including sterilization procedures and health regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, discuss treatment options, and recommend appropriate services and products.
  • Treatment Execution: Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser treatments, and body treatments according to clinic protocols.
  • Equipment Operation: Use and maintain beauty equipment, including lasers, high-frequency machines, and other advanced tools, ensuring they are operated safely and effectively.
  • Product Application: Apply skincare products and conduct procedures such as waxing, massage, and exfoliation with precision.
  • Treatment Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client treatments, including notes on skin conditions, products used, and treatment outcomes.
  • Hygiene Standards: Follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents and infections.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing a high level of customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Follow-Up: Offer post-treatment advice and follow-up care instructions to ensure clients achieve the best results and maintain their skin health.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and recommend skincare products and additional services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for products and services, contributing to the clinic\'s revenue goals.
