ROLE OVERVIEW :
Beautician (80% facial, 20% scalp Therapist)
Perform skin analysis and professional facial treatment in accordance to standards set by the company
Able to perform professional hair scalp analysis & treatment for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage & simple shoulder massage.
Provide professional recommendation on treatment packages and products to customer
Promoting product benefits and assisting customers in the selection of retail products, packages or services for their scalp care needs.
Keep abreast of the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations.
Any other administrative task when required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience within the aesthetic industry.
Candidate must possess a recognized certificate from CIBTAC / CIDESCO / NITEC / ITEC or other beauty related qualification
Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent service-oriented approach and initiative.
Must have knowledge and experience for both facial and scalp care
