SALARY: RM2230.00
WORKING SHIFTS: Flexibility working hours.
WORKING DAYS: Shift days.

Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from the customers.
Provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving customer enquiries.
Proactively respond to customer requests, feedback and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply for this role.
Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre would be an advantage.
Able to work on shift duties (overnight, weekends and public holiday),
Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
